The HMS Aviation partners, Henry M. Stumpf, Jr. and Henry “Chuck”
Stumpf, III, are a father and son team, known in the industry for our
decades of dedication, experience and integrity. Our experience working
for and with manufacturers, distributors, completion centers and fixed
base operators gives us hands-on insight into all facets of business
aviation.

Mr.
Stumpf has more than 40 years of aviation experience and expertise.
A graduate of Rutgers University, Mr. Stumpf served in the United States
Air Force as a fighter pilot before leaving active duty with the rank
of Captain. For 20 years he continued in the reserve and National Guard,
retiring with the rank of Colonel. Mr. Stumpf also was appointed to
and served on the United States Air Force Academy Selection Board.
Mr. Stumpf has held top executive sales and marketing positions in
the leading business jet companies. Mr. Stumpf sold business jets for
Learjet Corporation, quickly earning the title of Regional Vice President.
At Gulfstream Corporation, Mr. Stumpf soon advanced to the position
of Senior Vice President of World Marketing & Sales.
Mr. Stumpf became a partner and President of Aircraft Sales for Aviation
Methods, Inc., a corporate aviation company based at San Francisco International
Airport. After TAG Aviation purchased the company, Mr. Stumpf continued
as President of Aircraft Sales until January 2000.
As a partner in HMS Aviation, Mr. Stumpf now headquarters in San Francisco,
CA.

Mr. Stumpf served in the United States Navy as a Corpsman and a Special
Operations Medical Coordinator. While in the Navy, he obtained his single
engine pilot certification.
After graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, majoring
in Business Aviation Administration and minoring in International Aviation
Business and recent trends in Computer Applications, he completed the
Developing Leadership Capability in the Corporate Environment certificate
program at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.
Mr. Stumpf was Western Regional Sales Manager at JetNet, LLC, in Santa
Barbara, CA. He joined Garrett Aviation--The Jet Center, a dedicated
Boeing Business Jet completion center, as Planning and Quotations Administrator.
Mr. Stumpf founded and sold Aircraftfuel.com, LLC, a service providing
aviators with up-to-date fuel and airport data. Mr. Stumpf then joined
Bloomer de Vere, Group Avia, as a business jet broker and opened their
Santa Barbara office.
As a partner in HMS Aviation, Mr. Stumpf now headquarters in Santa
Barbara, CA.

Mr. Baroni has served his entire career in the Aviation Industry beginning with the United States Air Force and continuing through the ranks of Corporate Aviation acquiring thirteen different jet type ratings. Mr. Baroni held positions as Director of Operations, Director of Maintenance and Chief Pilot for large corporations operating Boeing and other aircraft based in Singapore, Norway and USA. His career involved the purchase and sale of many new and used jet aircraft which involved the development and completion of complex interiors of Boeing aircraft. Mr. Baroni completed his Business Major at University of Alaska while in the USAF. After the USAF he continued his training with annual training with Flight Safety International, Simuflight, and several US Airlines training on the Boeing Business Jet, Boeing 727.
James does Aircraft Sales for HMS Aviation with his office located in Los Angeles, CA.

Ms. Damanda began her career in aviation in 1992. She got her start as an Aircraft Researcher for Jetnet, LLC in Utica, NY. For the past four years Lori worked for two aircraft brokers as a Jet Market Analyst providing direct support to sales & acquisitions.
Ms. Damanda attended school in Upstate New York where her office for HMS Aviation is located.
